*at this time*
That wording.plants seeds 🌱 of doubt as if "...we'll get you next time..." ⏰ ☠️

After searching kitchen cupboards finally found a long tray foil container that did the job(by). Just placed it at the bottom of the loo and hey presto a poo catcher 💩. Was thinking of sealing the padded envelope

I'd like to share this link with you. I'm a survivor, so when I was offered the chance to promote the NHS screening programme, I got involved to remind people that early diagnosis can save your life.

Bowel Cancer UK do fantastic work to support patients and friends, and of course raise awareness of this common cancer. Information is power!

Luckily I stopped eating processed meats years ago (lucky me) but… Brexshit could yet find a way to be literally deadly.

“By rejecting legislation to ban these potentially dangerous nitrites the UK government is failing to keep their promise to maintain high food standards after Brexit.”

I'm taking ham off my shopping list. I just had a look at my favourite brand & it has sodium nitrite in it. Here are the food additives & their numerical codes to watch out for on your food labels:

Potassium nitrite (249)
Sodium nitrite (250)
Sodium nitrate (251)*
Potassium nitrate (252)*

*Nitrates are relatively inert, which means they’re stable and unlikely to change and cause harm. However, bacteria in the mouth or enzymes in the body can convert them into nitrites, and these may be harmful.

French report finds link between nitrites in ham and bowel cancer. thenewdaily.com.au/finance/con

A brave woman. Deserves our gratitude and recognition for her work raising awareness of bowel cancer symptoms, risks, treatments.

I think the current UK 'honours system' is a piece of shit debased by honours being award to lobbyists, political chums, and random scum. But that some fellow citizens deserve our public praise and recognition is true in my view. I just wish we had a more appropriate way to do that.

Meanwhile, kudos to 'Dame' Deborah James.
