I'm using #Brave and #Kagi as a search engine. No it's not free. Yes it's good.
I would pay for a cross platform Browser that doesn't suck and is open source.
Open source and free needs to be dissociated asap. This is what got us in this privacy nightmare, money needs to be made.

This has been my stance on Brave browser since the very beginning. The company is a mess & leadership is shady, if not blatantly bigoted at times. I have yet to find a situation, personally, where Brave was the solution.
If you want chrome, or don't care about open vs closed source, try Vivaldi. Or just run Firefox.

I also was deleting posts/likes/etc older than 2-3 months on both #twitter and #facebook, now for threads, and limiting who i subscribe to - only one sub preferrably elsewhere. Also never use it on my iphone.

I use https://daily.dev/ as my startpage, and I rely on it more than ever since #reddit implosion. I sadly use #brave as my browser, and it has become more and more user-combatitive. Their start page reverts back to their start home ads nearly every start up. Time to evaluate the #browserscape and find my next disappointing browser.

最新一期瀏覽器隱私檢測，依舊是 #brave 勝出；
#mullvad 瀏覽器也很出色，相當於未加tor的tor瀏覽器，基於firefox，但剔除了一些重要功能比如密碼管理器，日常使用會諸多不便；
#librewolf 瀏覽器也很出衆，但覺得這個項目沒錢，熱情持續不了多久；
#firefox 太拉垮，幾年前就有`windown.name`的隱私問題，一直不见改變；
其他就不提勒。
