Another #BrokedownPod favorite just landed. This record from @seawindofbattery really grabbed me last year. I’d been familiar with Mike’s work prior to this project but he really struck into something with this. It seems, from the hype sticker, that I’m not alone.
Nice to finally spin this one properly.
Props also to @islandhouserecordings for LP 01. It’s beautiful.

I was lucky enough to have James Toth in #BrokedownPod recently to discuss this album. I’ve been anticipating it for a long time and it’s such a treat to finally be able to drop a needle on the James & the Giants record.
It’s really a beautiful record and I can’t recommend it enough.

@littlehcollective @eiderdownrecords Seems like you could use a #BrokedownPod sticker...
Pausing from recording on this glorious Sunday to share that #BrokedownPod had more than Forty-Thousand downloads last year.
Not bad for a year marked by gaps in episode drops.
Thanks to everyone that listened or contributed in any way.
@ll_rain @lazylightning77 definitely led off the latest #BrokedownPod with this song.
Speaking of the old made new again, P.G. Six's 2001 debut album, "Parlor Tricks and Porch Favorites" is getting the remaster and expansion treatment.
P.G. Six aka Pat Gubler (Tower Recordings, Garcia Peoples, Wet Tuna) performs music rooted in folk tradition that lives on fresh psychedelic breath.
I had him on #BrokedownPod a while back and have been eagerly awaiting this release.
