While that is true, in MOST people that #Buddha nature is so enmeshed , deeply wrapped in reified, calcified, dualistic obscurations, it will not suddenly emerge without a seismic shock of some type. Don't expect the psychopath, the hardened bigot to miraculously see the 'error of their ways' in a lightning bolt of insight. While it IS POSSIBLE, it is statistically MOST unlikely-especially when most urgent. Am I cynical?
