@Dr_Bombay @unripe Sigh. I need to start making yogurt again. Either that or we need to go back to buying the same brand of buttermilk every time we go to the store. It seems like there's a *lot* of variation among "buttermilks."

#Buttermilk is my absolute favorite ingredient to bake with. I don’t seek those recipes out, but my buttermilk repertoire includes buttermilk biscuits, buttermilk pancakes, buttermilk waffles... what else? If I have time to cook, I will plow through a gallon of buttermilk every month. Most folks won’t touch the stuff.
