I am reading this book as a naive user of AI in research and daily life. It made me think deeply and consider the capabilities but also the issues/risks from AI with consequences on all levels of our lives. Handbuilding with clay is very mindful, my journey with this wonderful stuff started 6 years ago. It's affect on my life and well being has been profound. I would urge anyone to have a go at something mindful, not just pottery, anything.
