De wachttijden om rijexamen te doen bij het Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen (CBR) zijn nog altijd te lang. Kandidaten moeten soms maanden wachten voordat ze terechtkunnen voor hun praktijkexamen, terwijl het #CBR zelf een norm van maximaal zeven weken hanteert. Om de achterstanden sneller weg te werken, kunnen rijscholen met een laag slagingspercentage vanaf vandaag minder examenplekken claimen dan rijscholen die het beter doen.
