At #COP26, countries were asked to increase their ambitions for #COP27 because current #NDC are insufficient to limit #GlobalWarming below 1.5°C, however just #Australia have submitted a new NDC.

On the other hand, despite the dire warnings, the truth is that our economies are still heavily dependent on #FossilFuels for energy. No country is doing enough efforts neither to reduce its dependence nor to ramp up #RenewableEnergy at the scale needed. There're even plans to increase #FossilFuel production.

No wonder that we're not on track to meet the #ParisAgreement.
