My fourth is this business beast rocking a and 4 GB of RAM. It's woefully underpowered but it's built like a tank and the keyboard is amazing. I could write a dozen more novels on this thing. I found this at a thrift store during the pandemic for $10 and I used it to work from home until I was able to upgrade to something that could run Zoom without exploding. It's currently running good old with the desktop. This is a keeper.

👀 So I might be getting a Compaq computer from 1996 running Windows 98. If I do get it what should I do with it? I plan on playing one old game I used to enjoy but that is about it

In 2001 I bought my first laptop. This Compaq Presario 700. It never was anything special, but it's special to me. After 21 years in service, it is about time I upgrade the RAM and replace the original spinning hard drive.

I remember using Pop!_OS. This was after Manjaro kept breaking on me. Pop worked fine until that started to break as well 😭
