Looks like the COP 27 ( and others preceding it,) have a dual plan of setting weak limits that are unenforceable / giving fossil fuel f##kers loopholes and a lexicon for greenwashing .
Which means they are pointless.

The UN's climate change summit has opened in Egypt with a warning that our planet is "sending a distress signal".
