Tag 10 nach erstem positiven Test.
Ich hab den alten Booster vom Spätherbst 2022, Helmi den angepassten vom Januar 2023.
Helmis Test war nach 10 Tagen negativ und sie ist jetzt, nach 15 Tagen, völlig beschwerdefrei.
Ich belle noch andauernd wie ein alter Metzgerhund und hab immer ein Taschentuch in der Hand.
Ausserdem schwitze ich in der Nacht einfach so und tagsüber bei der leisesten Anstrengung.
Mein Tipp: Lasst Euch boostern.

The new #Alberta CMOH says wearing a "well-fitting, high-quality #Mask" indoors as an effective protection against exposure and transmission of #Flu.

That's surprising and better advice than has been given for months! I believe mandates are not necessary if people are educated on the subject and given the right information about #COVID19AB or flu.
