NY Attorney Overturns NY State "Quarantine Camp" Law. Win Not Only for NY State But America as well

NY attorney, Bobbie Ann Cox, brought suit against NY State's "quarantine camp" law. https://bit.ly/3P0O9OC

Hochul and the NY Dept. of Health (NYHD) enacted the law in Feb of this year and kept renewing it by reissuing the emergency declaration.

The law granted them the authority to create isolation and quarantine camps for any citizen with any infectious disease, even without proof of illness.

A NY State Supreme Court judge halted this unconstitutional measure also stating that it can not be reissued or made permanent.

At issue is the separation of executive branch vs. legislative branch and the executive branch's ability to make laws.

Hochul, desperate to continue power over the people, plans to appeal.

Somehow, this story never made the rounds in the media.
