It seemed like such a daunting goal to finish the novel by June 30, but now that the plot issues are mainly resolved, it's clicking right along. If I can finish it, then for #CampNaNoWriMo in July I will do a first rough edit. Then a rewrite starting in August.

356 followers · 429 posts · Server mstdn.socialI was on chapter 12 of a novel that stalled, so I combined two ideas and reworked it, and realized I needed a new chapter 1 before the beginning I had made.
Just finished that chapter 1, and am ready for the new chapter 6 that needs to be inserted. And that one has unicorns in it! :)

My word count goal is rather modest this time as other writing priorities take precedence but that’s the great thing about Camp NaNo; you can tailor it to meet your writing goals.
