7:30 am Glenwood to Main River greenbelt report: 57° F and clear. I counted 11 bikes, 5 good dogs, and 2 cormorants. The kids may be on their own now. Raced a guy for a bit but had to go anaerobic and my legs are a little shot from last night. We had a fun chat. No wheelchair guy today. Good Times Bagels Wednesday FTW!

5 pm Main to Glenwood River greenbelt report: 88° F and windy. 20 mph headwinds in the open areas. My recumbent bike cuts right through the wind. I counted 18 bikes, 5 good dogs, and no cormorants in the lake this evening.

5 pm Main to Glenwood River greenbelt report: 84° F and sunny. I counted 22 bikes and 2 good dogs, but there were several good dogs in parks along the path. All 9 cormorants accounted for in the lake. I wonder how long the youth will stick around?

Woke up with a tiny twinge under my right shoulder blade, so I hopped on my bike instead of going for a walk and a run. It's was probably for the best. Don't want to create too much of a noticeable pattern/routine at the park.
