#cardiotoot #Savr #cardioverse Recent case of #unicuspid #aortic valve. Two rudimentary commisures. Valve thickened. Not a good case for a “first” in unicuspid repair. Aorta not dilated, no aneurysm. Went for standard mechanical prosthesis.
