So I had hot sauce on my pasta that said #CarolinaReaper in the name. The second ingredient, after vinegar, is #CarolinaReaperChilli mash. How long after you eat it does the heat kick in? Is this hot sauce broken?

I have experienced heat before that was challenging. This was not. Hot sauce aficionados, should I try a different sauce or is this as good as it gets? By comparison, sriracha is hotter
