The new #4K scan of #CASABLANCA restores a sense of what it's like to watch a '40s #movie in a movie theater.

Most home video transfers of black & white #movies from that era are scanned with a much higher contrast level (the clips in documentaries featured on the standard #BluRay disc, which were produced before the 4K, exemplify the dramatic difference).

Here, all of those deep blacks and shadows are reproduced perfectly. Beautiful!
