it's already been a long #Caturday, my boy was curled up sleeping next to me when I got up for 4am maintenance/shutting down hypervisors and the firewall cluster for an electrical outage. Found him keeping my spot warm waiting for me to get home from a site visit to power back up later.

I want to be respectful but I can't figure it out, all my searching around cat eye contact and triggers/warning are all about how cats feel about eye contact, not humans.
I just genuinely want to understand this one, not saying any content warnings need to be "justified" or anything, I'd just really appreciate some education here.
