Whenever I'm feeling down with the unfairness in the world, I look for Buddhist quotes.

I'm not religious / spiritual, but I believe in the concept of #Karma.

I try and always be fair, kind and #empathic, and know I should extend these virtues to nasty people too, but I really struggle with that. #Centerists in particular!
