Multimodal neuroimaging in post-COVID syndrome and correlation with cognition.

Post-COVID syndrome patients presented persistent structural and functional brain abnormalities in cortical, limbic and cerebellar areas 11 months after the acute infection. These changes are associated with cognitive dysfunction and contribute to a better understanding of the pathophysiology of the post-COVID syndrome.
