Contesto: la #Norvegia richiede il lettore di carte di credito sui nuovi punti ricarica dal 1°luglio. [California ed UK richiedono cose simili, e il retrofit anche su esistente]

To replace a gas station than can refuel 100 cars/hour with #superchargers that are capable of fast-charging (30mins) a 75 kWh pack, you need 50 #chargers at 150 kW each. And that's not accounting for the fact that charging is not 100% #efficient.
That's 7.5MW. If you're in that smallish town and call the power company and ask for a 7.5MW feed, they'll laugh and hang up.

Quick (maybe dumb?) question about chargers/plug adapters:
I'm in Canada (120v), going to S. Korea (220v), looked into plug adapters, and found some that have both the Canadian plug + USB and USB-C
Now... if I were to plug phone, camera and powerbank to the USB, USB-C ports directly, would that work and not fry anything?
Or should I plug the Apple charger in the adapter, and then the usb cable to Apple's charger? 🤔

We have only had a EV since November so deem ourselves as newbies.
So far we have lost our £5 prepayment on none working charging points (you only know that they are broken when you try)
@EBCHARGING on Saturday we ended up at a none working unit in St. ANNES
To receive no charge we had tge following:
£90.50 taken from my account
22% of our vattery power discharged.
Careful everyone.
