I was very glad that Darren Ennis and I could attend some of the drop-in chat with PCSOs Chelsea and Deryn at Burntwood Leisure Centre today.
It was good to see #Lichfield #Police, through their PCSOs, listening to #Burntwood and #Chasetown residents and explaining what they're doing to address local issues.

I was at District Council House in Lichfield tonight for my first Lichfield District Council meeting representing #Chasetown and #Burntwood.
I dug out my smartest outfit for the occasion.

I know the chances of anyone reading this being from #Chasetown, #Burntwood are effectively zero... but I'm proud of the material we've produced this month so I'm going to post it anyway.

Out this afternoon with a group of CLP members knocking on doors in #Chasetown #Burntwood asking people whether they're voting next week. Got a good 40 promises of votes for me in the #LichfieldDistrictCouncil by-election.
Afternoons like this really fire me up. It reinforces my sense that I'm doing things right, that people agree with what I represent and what I want to do.
