I agree with #Kier_Giles, #Chatham_House, Putin must feel defeated by #Ukraine or he will just regroup and attack West again.

Must feel defeated but somehow avoid adding this to his list of 'humiliations' which West has inflicted on Russia. Actually, self-inflicted wounds Putin has brought onto Russia.

But hoping he can realise this is like hoping for a miracle.

Maybe #Laylat_al-Qadr will be a turning point? 19/04 - 29/04 to bring good news?
