Clearly preaching to the choir here >.<, but I want to add my bit for the possibility of additional exposure.

Statement:
Yeah, one of my favorite people in the world (though we don't talk much anymore ;-;) uses a possible slur to describe herself.

As c0debabe says, people NEED TO VERIFY what they see. Otherwise it is exactly as you say slightlyflightyone, GOOD and HEALTHY instances may get blocked for stupid/inaccurate reasons.
