Statement by UK to UN re crimes of Assad regime - using #chemicalweapons on civilians.
They copied example of abuses that e.g. #SadamHussein & #ChemicalAli of #Iraq or Israeli Defence Force #IDF have used against civilians without effective international sanctions (Sadam was eventually toppled but not because of chemical weapons used against #Kurds or in #IranIraqWar).
Now #Putin doing the same in #Ukraine. Evil generates evil unless we stop it.
