He Fangmei, initiator of the “Home for Vaccine Babies” Rights Advocacy Group in China, a human rights defender, has been detained since 2020 for protesting against the Huixian government's obstruction of medical treatment for her vaccine-injured child.

Her husband, Li Xin, has also been sentenced to five years in prison. Their two underage daughters have been placed in foster care at a mental hospital, with no visitation rights granted to their relatives.

We appeal to everyone to print and send postcards to the local police and government, demanding an end to the illegal detention of minors and ensuring that the two children do not spend another Children's Day in a mental hospital.

【六一明信片行动，接孩子回家】
“疫苗宝宝之家”维权团体发起人、人权捍卫者何方美，2020年因抗议辉县政府阻挠其带疫苗致残的孩子出去看病，被刑拘至今。文夫李新亦被判刑5年。两个未成年女儿被警察安排寄养在某精神病院，且禁止亲属探望。在此呼吁大家打印并向当地警方和政府寄出明信片，要求停止对未成年人的非法拘禁，不要让两个孩子在精神病院度过第三个儿童节。

緊急のお願い：子供たちが精神病院で子供の日を過ごさないように！ 6月1日は中国の子供の日だが、悲しみながら何方美（ホファンミ）さんの2人の娘は2年連続で精神病院に拘禁され、この祝日をそこで過ごしている。
何方美さんは人権を擁護する活動家であり、ワクチンの安全性を訴え、欠陥ワクチンの被害者に補償を求める団体を立ち上げた。2020年、彼女はワクチンによる障害を抱える娘を病院に連れて行こうとした際に、中国河南省辉県政府によって妨害された。
その後、何方美さんは抗議活動を行い、現在まで拘束されている。彼女の夫である李新さんも5年の懲役刑を受けている。2人の未成年の娘は精神病院に預けられ、家族の面会が禁止される。
皆様にお願いですが、地元の警察と政府に手紙を送っていただき、未成年者の不法な身体拘束を止め、子供たちが精神病院で祝日を過ごさないようにお願いいたします。（ハガキの宛先は下記の図をご参考ください）
