Update: the pheastridgeon (pheasant stuffed with partridge stuffed with pigeon) was delicious! The dauphinoise potatoes were one of the best I've done too. Sprouts with bacon & chestnuts plus parsnips, leeks, & peas. And prosecco. 2023 off to a great start!
