I'm cautiously optimistic that the head pain has gone, I'm still lying in bed so it might get worse when I stand up but I did go pee at 5am & I felt ok then. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

Not feeling the best, got nausea and my head is trying to kick off, do my first attack is pain meds & nausea meds. Taken with a full fat cherry coca cola as the sugar & caffeine activate the meds quicker

Not had the best last 3 wake ups, Wednesday, migraine, took abortive which worked. Thursday, migraine, took abortive which worked, Friday, migraine, can't take abortive, have taken pain meds, hoping once I'm vertical it'll slowly go away.

Well today has been rather good so far, after being woken by migraine pain, I took pain meds & an abortive which got rid of said migraine after a few hours, I contacted an eBay seller to let them know about an issue with an item & they're sending out a replacement. It's sunny here today but Baltic 🥶 still lunch time walk was done.

Well I highly do not recommend migraine, had one of the worst ones in quite some time, the screen shots are how much I slept, in between bouts of writhing around in agony & throwing up. Now I have the wiped out hungover phase today.

@PatMurray have had massages in the past, masseuse said my shoulders are rock hard, I get extra botox in them & take Baclofen to help. It's a fine line when sleep can be a trigger.

Have had to get up, head absolutely pounding, taken pain meds, hopefully it goes off as I'm sat up downstairs in the living room, I hate the ones that are painful lying down, it rules out sleeping them off.
