Recurly published a report with #churnrate 's for their customers : 6.7% average monthly (56.5% annual.) Thats high for #saas and even #streaming but I think these are primarily smaller/newer companies. Here's an interesting stat: the churn rate breaks down into 2.2% churn due to failed payments (AKA "involuntary churn") and 4.6% actual cancelations.
