@futzle Interesting. I'll have to go have a jam. I think the other thing tipping me in the Syntakt direction is the ability to use a whole bunch of their channels to control external gear via MIDI. I've currently got a #Novationn #CircuitTracks but am starting to hit it's limits in both drum tracks and as the brain of my live set.

So I've taken the brave step of posting a #WIP to the #Fediverse. This is the latest version of my song Turtleneck. I've been playing around with the #Novation #CircuitTracks and I recently just bought a #Roland #TB03. It's been super fun!! I'm not sure if this is the final version; probably not.

What are your thoughts? Is there anything you think I could improve or keep working on?

So I’m on the hunt for a #PortableSpeaker for jamming out with my #Arturia #MicroFreak and #Novation #CircuitTracks. Something with low latency and a 3.5mm aux socket. I was thinking of getting a #HyperBoom but I’ve DJ’ed off one before and the latency is crap for beat matching. #xp
