The one thing you can count on with #Citibank, is that their system will be down when you want to use it. I'm beginning to think it is deliberate.

My fight with #CitiBank continues. Last month, I wound up paying twice because they never scheduled my payment. When I saw it, I panicked only to learn a day later that both payments went through. They have no concern about their customers' well being. Was the money credited on this bill? Of course not. And you know what's happening now? The same damn thing.

No #Citibank, this isn't unexpected at all. In fact, I have just come to accept that your site will be broken in some new way each time I try to use it.

Citibank has a "account protection" program that they sign cardholders to, without asking for consent (probably in one of those, "changes to your cc policy" flyers).
