The localization file for English for #civ6 on my iPad is broken (even after reinstalling). I could contact the developer and report the issue, but that’s additional human interaction. So instead, I’m treating this as an opportunity to brush up on my Spanish

Just finished a session of #Civilization on the Switch. Once you get used to the interface, it’s surprisingly smooth. Tough on the battery, though.

In the past, I used to always play #civilization for russia. I'd be renaming default cities like Moscow and St.Pete to names of small Udmurt and Karelian towns (Sartavala, Pegrema, Mozhga), but still, playing for russia.

The other day, reinstalled #Civ, played for Japan, and discovered russia nearby. Conquered the hell out of it, and renamed all cities to Mosu-kawa and Sento Pito. It was so satisfying!! Not sure if it's a morally good feeling, but it was very satisfying.
