A lovely view from Alva Glen, once the short climb out of the gorge is complete. Although it was a hazy day you can see all the way to the winding #forth in the distance beyond the plains and Alloa.

After a 6 week break due to holiday, unwellness and a more general case of the Novembers, I finally managed to get out for a run. This meant I could grab the 5k and 10k Strava badges just before the end of the month. A pleasant, slow 11k which took place mostly in sunshine but finished in the mist. #Running #Clackmannanshire
