Rhododendron Ponticum that is threatening the calendonian rainforest is normally bomb-proof. I grew up in Lawers on the North shore of Loch Tay. My folks ran the hotel there for a while: In many ways, it was like living in another dimension, not only of sight and sound but of mind; living in a wonderous landscape whose boundaries are those of the past.
