1)

(For now, parking aside the socio-economic impacts related to production, storage, transportation etc, which is a debate in itself.)

2) How can EU commit to rural electrification of Africa considering Africa is helping you build energy security? #cop27

For the first time since the UN climate convention's ratification, parties agreed to add funds for "Loss and Damage" to the conference agenda, which would demand compensation from developed nations to affected communities. @COP27P
