As l made clear as a "bell" in the OT (Original Toot). The word #CogntiveHarmony referred, conversely, to the American Psychological Associations definition of Cognitive Dissonance.

In what context do you think that #CognitiveHarmony would not be appropriate? ( that's actually a rhetorical question. & that's not arrogance)
