My heroine (#writing #London #1819) has to visit lots of government offices incl the #ColonialOffice, 14 #DowningSt sketched in 1827 by JC Buckler, just after the expansion into no.12.

There's also a floor plan (appeals to the nerd in me) so my heroine's movements are period appropriate. The little room on the right is where #Wellington & #Nelson met for the 1st &only time, a month before Nelson's death.
