We are looking for Instagram users between 18 and 30 years old. This passage from Uscinski (2018) really shows how much difference a couple of years can make. Examples like the LGBT grooming #ConspiracyTheory tell us that #ConspiracyTheories can be used to build up narratives that place power even with disenfranchised/marginalized groups.
