On #YesIChat.com in some "rooms", people have to confirm their ages first, because they require only 18+ years, but then when I get into a room, I notice that they are NOT. I'd like to know #WTAF is going on. Why in the hell do they allow this crap? No one moderates any rooms there. I want this #web #site #to #be #shutdown, #immediately! the #site goes by two names: YesIChat and Y99!

Senior faculty and admin don't even need to contradict you, they can just ignore you.
It happened to me when I was a sessional. They know you are disposable. The long silence and moving on as if you've not even spoken makes you feel like you must be the crazy one, but it's very strategic and very intentional.
