A recent observation about my #GM style; this might always have been the case, my players will have to tell me, but I became very aware of it at #ConDensed

I lean heavily into improv story telling: I treat the rules as a way to guide the players to create story prompts and then I weave them into the plot. So instead of having an audience call out suggestions, I'm having players declare actions and roll dice, but the upshot is the same.

A couple of nano games I have to write this week inspired by attendance at #ConDensed #ttrrpg convention:
- Let's Just Stay Here: a cosy, intimate game about not getting out of bed
- This Card is a Demon: a meta-game on a business card

Fifth & final #ConDensed Game and I broke out #RestInPieces which is best described as "The Young Ones live with the Grim Reaper and play Jenga for their lives"

Fourth #ConDensed game last night and I played #Fiasco with @AlisonCybe in a Regency period inspired story where my PC ended the game in a sanatorium with syphilis. Totally worth it.

Third #ConDensed game done and I am becoming the #HeckingGoodDoggos GM; every time I offer it, there is a waiting list of other people who want to play and the people who do get to play want more! Thanks to #WetInkGames
for their dogged determination in bringing this game to the public.

Second #ConDensed game, the third time I've run #Abyss and I'm internalising more of the mechanics now; this group also decided to kill the Big Bad instead of recruit it, but thy did make a spirited attempt to recruit the librarian, as some indiscretions meant she knew too much.

First evening at #CONdensed, in sunny Northampton. A game of Vaesen, in which my character died heroically after shooting a little demon bastard to death. A fine start

First game of #ConDensed over; the PCs were a Delinquent, Daredevil, Dog & Kook at an action-adventure park. They got "The County's Tallest Water Slide*" shut down, released a pack of dogs in the park and fought a Siren that was trying to take control. Pretty standard fare for #TroubleMakers

OMG, #ConDensed is only a week away! I need to prepare my games, make characters, print out sheets :O
