In this case what was agreed earlier by/ HU and COM. And #Hungary did so. Central aspects missing means COM simply converted the #conditionalitymechanism a political sanction, which lacks objectivity. However, we take a long breath and keep working.

Another package of laws has been submitted to HU Parl to reach an agreement with the COM.
The aim is to speed up & increase the efficiency of the procedures for obtaining data of public interest.

4/17 HU govt is delivering on its 17 commitments. On Friday, it submitted to the 🇭🇺 Parl another package of legislative amendments. The aim is to set up an Integrity Authority & Anti-Corruption Task Force.

17/3 Yesterday, a long and trying negotiation process was successfully concluded between HU & COM .

COM has concluded that the 17 proposals by the HU govt address the concerns that led to the launching of the #conditionalitymechanism.
