🌟In the dream phase one maybe experiences 4-5 dreams in a row but remembers maybe just 1 of them.
🌟When one wakes up, the #memory about dreams gets quickly erased except you train yourself to #remember it. For doing so, you need to concentrate on this right after #waking.
