This is an interesting and considered analysis of #Labour's #ConstitutionalReform proposals from @thecommongreen.

From my perspective, the Labour proposals amount to nothing more than a desperate attempt to save the UK as a #UnitaryState. They would even weaken #devolution by removing the ambiguities of the existing regime.

The UK is done; it's time to #DissolveTheUnion.

Gordon Brown's #ConstitutionalReform report is a damp squib, and Plaid Cymru is quite right to say it "undermines" Welsh Labour over justice powers and more.
