More baking for friends who are on a #glutenfree diet. Ingredients:

200gr #almondflour
2 eggs
30gr #honey
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
some #mixedseeds
a bit of honey, mixed with sea salt flakes, chilli pepper flakes and a few drops of water.

Mix the first five ingredients, divide in as many blobs as fit on an oven tray, flatten the pieces and push with their tops into the seeds.
Bake for 10 minutes at 175°C/347°F.
Brush the honey mixture over the #cookies.

Kan iemand me uitleggen wat ‘legitiem belang’ inhoudt?

Als je cookies en zo weigert, moet je dat soms handmatig doen. En soms blijkt er een hele rits bedrijven te zijn die kennelijk een legitiem belang hebben om van alles van me te weten. Je kan het allemaal uitzetten, maar dat zijn soms tientallen schuifjes.

En nergens staat wat hun belang nou feitelijk is en op basis waarvan dat legitiem is. Ik denk dat het onzin is, maar heb eigenlijk geen idee.
