So, as is my way... I've come around to the trend of like ten years ago and bought an Instant Pot on sale.

Friends, I need recipes that are suitable (or scalable) for one person, or that freeze well. No seafood or pork pls.

Because I live alone and struggle to get through a whole loaf of bread or cake before it goes stale, I generally make bread rolls and cupcakes, keep out what I want to eat soon, and freeze the rest. If unexpected guests arrive it’s easy to thaw a few cupcakes and ice them. I find most standard cake/bread recipes work fine this way - just reduce the baking time a little. I often double the recipe too! #CookingForOne
