WHAT IF #CSS had a #timeframe animation option which whereby one keyframe is set on one #date and the next #keyframe is another date.

Thereby making it possible to change a UI very subtely over months so that users don't really notice any change?

Obviously any elements that swap position with other elements and things like font changes and the addition of new items must occur instantly.
