Good run 🏃♂️ this morning. Rainy but managed to get it in when rain 🌧️took a break. The risk this morning was the bitch Karen in the urban assault vehicle that did not yield in the crossing and almost ran me over. But the #CosmicJoker 🃏 watched out for me, kept me back safe.

Week 6, run 2 of #Couch25K done - two 10 minute intervals. Run 3 - which I will do on Wednesday - is one 23 min run *gulp*. But I did 20 mins last week, so surely I can manage 23? In other news we’re off to a garden centre where we’ll have some brunch, then this afternoon I’ve got more admin to do. Gearing up for a busy week ahead #running #sunday
@alanhasson I used to run but I let it lapse and now I’m having to start from scratch doing #Couch25K and building up from 1 minute intervals. It’s been kind of dispiriting realising I had zero fitness, but I’ve posted on here under the #running tag and go lots of support and encouragement
A good training session, I comfortably ran Week 5, Run 1 of #Couch25K. However, Run 2 (Monday) is 8 minute intervals and I’m not sure I can do that! It was great #running in the spring sunshine. I did my usual 40 minute circular route and managed 3.94k. How is everyone? I hope you’ve got a lovely sunny day too! 🌞
Morning! Starting my big new work task today, I’m writing a manual for the app we’re using with clients so that future staff have a reference when I’m no longer in post to ask about things. Ideally this would’ve been done before rollout, but it is what it is. I’m going to try to get out for a #Couch25K run this afternoon #running
