There are so many things within this song that ring true to many, but this quote is one of my favorites. It's so true how strong and passionate a relationship can start, but over time can wither. Relationships need to be fostered.

The first 4 songs on ' Hard Candy LP are absolutely brilliant IMHO. Can't quite say why they hit so hard. The vibe is ragged, catchy, bittersweet, sunny, organic, live, grandiose but introverted too. Some days it's like medicine to me.
