So, #Cox went out, and while I was checking the Cox app about the problem, #PSOklahoma called to say there's going to be rolling blackouts for the rest of the summer while they catch up on a damage prevention backlog.
So, despite claims to the contrary, the cable company is not our friend in the digital age, and the electric company will not be bringing us the power.
I'm so done with #Cox. Down for 10 days, down again night before last. Ask for 11 days credit, they were like "best we can do is 4." So, roping the BBB in because it's not like the BBB can actually fix this, but they *can* expensively waste Cox' time.
#Cox called to say they can't tell us when they're gonna start fixing it but would we like to upgrade our service?
I was REALLY HOPING to have my anger lit off again today.

#Cox seems to be struggling with basic concepts like "get your line off my husband's car" and "fix your shit so you're not down at least 4 days every month" and "stop overcharging me". Like, what is collectively wrong with them?
With 93,000 #PSOklahoma customers without power, they've now crossed the 50% mark on getting everyone back online. #Cox hasn't started restoring telecommunications yet.
Just woke up at #cox is already up to their bullshit. It's amazing they don't fix their lines when they're obviously visibly damaged all over town. Signal intrusion is hella bad this morning according to my cable modem.
Tried to explain to the #Cox guy that the line is on the ground and I think they think I asked for an upgrade for a higher priced plan and an installation for monday based on the text messages I got in return... so I get to actually try to get someone from Cox on the phone to doublecheck that and send someone to fix the tree on the line...
Apparently the Signal Hill #Starbucks in #Tulsa had a stuck 4 key somewhere. But, since this is a #FoxNews station owned by #Cox reporting (KOKI), I'm skeptical that Starbucks exists.

I recently cut the cord and canceled my #cox tv and replaced it with a Chromecast with #googletv and a #youtubetv subscription. The cost savings was minimal but the convenience added is amazing. I just wish they offered History and Science channels.
No, #Cox, I don't want to save my bank account information with you so you can take money from me without me reviewing the bill first. I didn't want it the last 30 times you asked, either.
