Precision strikes against car bridges in Russian-occupied Henichesk and Chonhar have occurred. Both bridges are severely damaged and certainly out of order for a long time. Presumably Stormshadows have been used.

There appears to be a traffic jam on the bridge, and roads closed on the way to the bridge, with more traffic jams.

Does that mean that the bridge got hit? Maybe, maybe not.

It is clear that the traffic flow to crimea is not all that great.

The first thing #russians always did after the #occupation of a certain territory was to destroy the culture and language of the local indigenous population.

After the deportation of #Crimean #Tatars in 1944, russia tried to erase any mention of them in #Crimea. 560 rural libraries and 861 school libraries were destroyed and burned.

860 Crimean #Tatar schools were closed.

Many different manuscripts have also disappeared. Their fate is unknown.

This morning at 5:15, another attack was launched at the Chongar Bridge.

Previously, Russia had already started to try to build improvised additional bridges there.

Our history of imperialism in the #US is abhorrent, but that doesn’t mean that anything and everything we do is evil by default. And any peace negotiated now that doesn’t include #Russia’s complete withdrawal from #Donbas and #Crimea is an admission that #Putin can do whatever he pleases. Appeasement is not the answer and will just encourage #Putin to continue his dreams of recreating the #USSR (see #Chechnya, #SouthOssetia, #Georgia, #Moldova etc.)

#Luhansk and #Donetsk are are not #Bosnia and #Kosovo. #Crimea is not #Croatia. The invasion of Crimea and the “uprising” in #Donbas was started by Russian Army troops out of uniform, as punishment for #Euromaidan and the desire of the majority of Ukraine to build stronger ties with the #EU and the west. There was no oppression of Russian language or culture in Ukraine, and in fact most of the broadcast media in eastern Ukraine came from Russia...

On July 27, police detained Lutfiye Zudiyeva, a journalist of the Graty media outlet, in #Crimea.

According to the editorial assignment, she was to cover the court hearing in the Supreme Court of Crimea on the case of Deputy Chairman of the #Mejlis of the Crimean #Tatar people Nariman Dzhelal and the Akhtemov brothers, whom the #Russian authorities accuse of #sabotage.

Along with #Zudiyeva, 12 other #Crimean #Tatars were detained too.

This is clearly an ammunition depot or dump going off, keep in mind that this is a couple of hours after the initial detonation.

Lets assume 150kg of explosive load, there is plenty of room for some extra fuel and also electronics and sensors for control and communications.

On July 16, at 23:59, four high-speed objects hit the lens of the Sentinel-2 L1C satellite, located at a distance of 75 km southeast of Snake Island and going in the direction of the Crimean coast.

Apparently, the launch of surface kamikazes is carried out from the side of Snake island, and either the drones themselves or their carriers, which bring kamikazes to the launch area, got into the frame.
